I bought this hamper for my dorm room, thinking that even the small amount of extra floor space of an upright hamper would be great, but having a basket would be nice too. I worried that since it was so lightweight it would fall apart in no time, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have used it for this whole school year and it is still going strong, not even any holes in the mesh. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars was that the handles to carry it upright are hard on the hands.
