my car is having pinging noise, but it takes 87 octane for gas. can i use this to get rid of the noise?

I have 2019 bmw 430i with an ecu tune installed, would half a bottle for 14 gallon tank be enough to go from 91 to 93+ octane? the tune recommends 93+

So formula is: ((% fuel A X octane of A) + (% fuel B X octane of B)) = Octane of mix. So your case : 14/17=82%, 3/17=18%. Therefore, ((.82X91) + (.18 X110) = 95 Octane I have a 17 gallon tank and I brought 110 octane and got 91 octane from the gas station So 14 gallons of 91 octane , 3 gallons of 110 brought me up to 95 octane. You can plug your numbers in the formula. Hope this helps

45 MPH punch

I run a 93 octane tune on my 2017 Camaro SS and a bottle of 104 really perks her up. And bonus MPG which I don’t care about but it tells me my car is burning good fuel. I run this in my 2013 Harley Davidson Breakout as well, same conclusion there. Quality product. I’ve used Lucas, stp, others. I like the 104 the best.
