These are very nice bags, but they are long and narrow. The opening is about 10", the size of a small salad plate, and the bag is 23" long-I had hoped to insert into a bucket with the opening draped & dragged down over the outside of the bucket, but the opening is too small to fit over the rim of a 2 gal bucket.

I bought them to make my own cold coffee concentrate. They do the job. They appear sturdy and well made. I wish the company made some smaller bags to better fit my purpose. But I think more people want to make beer, not girlie coffees.

I love these bags. I actually use them to steep spices for a tea concentrate I make, but they are perfect for what I needed. I was using muslin bags before for easy clean up and all the great oils and flavors weren't getting through the tight weave. These have a loose enough weave that allows for maximum flavor distribution and minimal sediment escape. I'm definitely a bit fan.

I sanitize the bag and my hands, then pour the dry hops into the bag, and tie a knot in the bag, and put it in the secondary fermentor for dry hopping. Works great and cleans up easily. I prefer it to muslin bags as muslin gets little bits stuck in it.

Well made mesh bags. Got them to try out and was not disappointed. Will use these bags from now on for my beer brewing and maybe when I brew some of my mead. I am experimenting with various types of fruit in my mead to try to get the best flavors that I can. Bhese mesh bags will help so I dont have to strain the must. So you cant go wrong getting these bags if you need them. Well made quality bags.

These are great in terms of length, however, the diameter is much smaller than anticipated. I was hoping to have something wide enough to roll over the edges of my container. Since its so small, I have to have a set of hands just to hold the bag mouth open.IT does strain very well though, cleans easily.

I purchased the white fine mesh draw bags to strain Thai Tea for my coffee shop and the product worked very well and were easy to clean. Also, I had left my coffee sock at home and needed to strain my cold brew and was able to us the small bags to strain the coffee grounds.I found the Homebrew Guys' website easy to navigate and easy to use.

Great for use in wide mouth jars to strain pulp/seeds from fruit wine juices. They fit nicely in the jar and allow you to remove the pulp from the juice.
