Pretty sure you can see this light from outer space
First of all, this "Fandelier" (a term I never knew existed until I stumbled upon this item) is gorgeous! It appears much more expensive than it is & it truly is a breathtaking fixture. I bought the Rose Gold "Fashion" version, I love it & would buy it again. Here are a few things that stood out to me, as well as my husband, who installed the light:At first glance, the instructions seem to be really informative. They are however missing the "QR Code" even though it says "scan the QR code" (it's just blank, there's just no code). The instructions also do not have a step to install the frosted pieces that conceal the wires/inside of the light. My husband, who follows instructions step-by-step, had the light completely installed & noticed there were some extra pieces. Low-and-behold it was the pieces that lay flat to conceal the inside of the fixture.Another thing I found noteworthy was that there was a giant label showing the brand, NutCrust (which is not appealing in itself, let alone plastered on the side of my beautiful new fixture). It was removed with a little alcohol & some elbow grease. This light is BRIGHT! I've struggled for years with my very dimly lit bedroom fixture. But not with this light! Think of the brightest light you've seen & take that times at least 10 & it probably still isn't as bright as this light! The 3 different light settings are not that great as far as function goes, only because you have to cycle through all 3 every single time you turn it on. Not a deal-breaker or really a deal at all, just something worth noting, especially because my personal preference is the 3rd light setting. The lights also distort the wall color-it is due to the light reflecting off of the crystals. It makes my walls look a little wonky but nothing I can't deal with. The installation was not too terrible, other than the instructions omitting the step about the additional pieces. My husband found this step once he went online & found a video. There were plenty of crystals as well as plenty of extras. Each of the "ball" crystals have to be attached by hand. You insert a small metal "pin" & then bend the pin around the fixture. I was nervous that the pins would only be able to be bent once, that if I had to re-bend it, it would snap off. This was not the case as these pins proved to be very forgiving & fairly easy to work with as well as correct the ones I didn't get placed perfectly the 1st time.Again, this is a beautiful fixture & I am very happy with the purchase. I put a video on my Instagram story of the fan in action & it was one of my most commented stories! Everyone was very complimentary & the majority stated they'd never seen a fixture that could do this. 100% I would buy this again.

This item is beautiful but dangerous!
I purchased this fan in May of 2021. Although very pretty, I would hesitate to reorder as it is starting to have issues with the wire pins that hold the crystal balls onto the fan. Two of the (slightly heavy) crystal balls have literally fallen off and hit the floor. One of them hit my desk before it hit the floor and scared the crap out of me. It's a good thing the fan is not over my head. The little straight wire pins they send you are not heavy gauge enough. The little crystal balls wiggle and click when the fan is on and that wears out the wire pin holding onto the fan. Then the ball just drops when the pin breaks. This could be dangerous! Now I am considering wiring each ball again with different material so they are more stable. Maybe floral wire? Maybe rewiring the balls will tighten them up so they don't wiggle because the clicking noise of the balls hitting each other is very distracting also. Either way, consider this when you purchase and hang this which by the way is a task on it's own. It took my handyman a couple of hours to hang this fan and the balls must be wired on AFTER it is hung. They do not come already installed. Be safe and consider a different option.

TWO DEFECTIVE FANS
I thought i hit the jackpot when i found this fan for my wife's home office so i ordered it as a Christmas gift. she needed a fan and this one matches her aesthetic perfectly. On Christmas day the fan was a HUGE hit and when i installed it , Beautiful. Thats where the good stops. The "Fan" never worked on the first fan only the lights. So i suspected the fan controller was bad so i reached out to amazon for a replacement part. They told me i would have to return the entire fan/assembly, wait for a refund and order another one. WTF. I've had products where they send me a replacement immediately and i return the other once the new one arrives. I told them that i couldn't do that because she needed a LIGHT in the office in the meantime. So FastForward two amazon people and a week later they don't make replacement parts for these cheap A$$ fans. How do you sell a product that's almost $250 without producing ANY replacement parts ? WTF. So i said it wasn't worth the time to go through the hassle of removing it and returning it for a fan controller so i went to home depot purchased a fan controller and wired it up. NOTHING. Long story short the first fan i purchased return windows has closed and the second one doesn't work either so im back to square one and out of $250 STILL with no fan for my wifes office. Be warned regardless of how well the fan works things eventually stop working and if its not in that 30 day return window you WILL be left A$$ out since they don't sell replacement parts as well as nothing else will work for this cheap A$$ manufactured fan. DO NOT BUY. Buy one from home depot from a trusted brand that way AT LEAST they will make replacement parts if something goes wrong.***UPDATE***So what I decided to do was I wired the fan to two separate switches. We use a variable speed switch for the fan and a manual switch for the light. This way at LEAST we can still manually use the fan. The fan does still work and I’m grateful that I was able to figure it out since my disappointment when I first installed it was at an all time high. If you need help with the wiring email me and I’ll help you. [email protected]

I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!
This is absolutely gorgeous and the concept thrills me. I got this for my daughter’s nursery and I would absolutely put one in every room of the house if my husband would let me. My only complaint is that there’s not a memory function and I like the light setting in the middle so I have to cycle through to get to it. Not a huge deal at all and it’s still worth 5 stars to me. Everyone who has seen it in her nursery has been super impressed with it.
