How long do you have to wait to move it to the next spot?

I haven’t used yet, but it will depend on how fast concrete sets. If damp it will take longer to dry

Can a car drive on them?

In my opinion the better the pavers are leveled the better it is to drive over the...I also recommend you seal the pavers.
