No instructions to set the code and poor quality
Just went to use the case and realized that there are no instructions with this and I'm unable to secure the case other than using the factory preset. Also the quality is really poor, internal lining doesn't have toggles on the zips to help open and disperse the air trapped between the lining and the body

Worth every penny!
This is the nicest suitcase in the world. It's roomy, tough and made of high quality material. I'm sure I will have it for many years.

Good quality Samsonite luggage for how much I paid for!
Bought this for international traveling from US to Asia and Europe in a month of traveling. It’s big and can fit a lot of things. Packed total of 49 lbs and still could take a beating during traveling. It seemed a soft shell, but it was actually pretty tough luggage. Good value and easy to use. Samsonite for the quality luggage.

Stylish, Light, and Durable
Love the color, style, weight, maneuvering ability, and packing capacity. The only issue is I packed it really heavy and when I “dropped” it after removing it from the baggage belt, the case caved in a bit around the wheel. I got my husband to pop it back out. So I would just say be sure to not drop it onto it’s wheels when it’s packed heavy (55+ish lbs).
