Blinking with Fists: Poems

There's no doubt that Billy Corgan is absolutely brilliant in all that involves feelings. Even that music has poetry, many times is a hard work to unlink a stuff from another - but Billy make it with such an incomparable mastery. I'm Brazilian, don't have an impeccable English, but even so I'm able to breath poetry in each line of this book. An indispensable reading not only for the Pumpkins/Corgan fans, but also all the fans of really good and sensible poetry.

Very good book of poetry. I was very entertained by how he jumps around from one idea to the next in hiw poems; and in the end all his randomly jotted down thoughts come together in what is just an amazing poem. Once you read the first poem, The Poetry of My Heart, you wont want to put the book down. I know i couldnt. Very good book. Well written and thought out. 5 stars, Billy.

The book to own if you are a fan of The Smashing Pumpkins and/or Billy Corgan himself...the book has a very nice cover picture that makes it easy to open and wondering what kind of writing is in this one...poems of course...that stand alone...very happy w/this...thanks for reading!!!

I pick random pages to read and have loved all of them. Some I don’t get but still enjoy having it next to my bed.

I used to admire Billy Corgan as a songwriter and frontman of the greatest grunge band in history... but after reading this, I finally realized that I'm too stone-hearted for his melodramatic words. Salute!

a wonderful poet and lyricist, must read.
