Replaced my Papermate Liquid Flair
I used to buy the Papermate Liquid Flair pens and LOVED them. I am picky about pens and was devastated when they were discontinued (yes, I realize I’m talking about a pen but I’m a writer and that’s what I like). I did some light research to figure out what could replace them and this pen was the closest. I was still not sold on the product until I tried it - and I love it! The pen writes exactly the same. The only difference is the body of the pen, which is slightly slimmer of a hold. Also I’m pretty sure these are cheaper than what the liquid flair were. Definitely recommend these pens!

Fine felt tip pen
I purchased this because it can be used as an insert (refill) for an expensive pen

The best pens EVER
I'm obsessed with these pens and I can't find them anywhere. They write well and are great for left-handed people because there's no runoff. They dry immediately.

Decent dupe for the Papermate Liquid Flair/Liquid Expresso (RIP)
I used the Papermate Liquid Flair and Liquid Expresso pens for years, but as far as I can tell, they've sadly been discontinued. I came across the Pentel Finito pens online and at first glance, they appeared to be identical, so I grabbed a 2-pack to try them out before buying an entire box.Right off the bat, the nibs and bodies of the pens are the same. The only differences are the design of the main pen cap and the shape of the little cap on the bottom of the pen. I’m hoping this means the Finito pen cap will be sturdier (the Liquid Flair caps were notorious for mysteriously cracking and not staying securely on the pen, resulting in dried-out nibs), but only time will tell with that.Writing with them feels about the same, too. The ink in the Finito seems to dry a little faster than the Liquid Flair, but there’s a tradeoff - the pigment in the Finito’s ink doesn’t have quite the same rich depth as the Liquid Flair. It’s not super noticeable unless you’re comparing the two side by side like I did, but the difference is there. Overall, I’m still going to hoard my last box of Liquid Flair pens and will miss them when I run out, but the Finito will be a decent replacement when the time comes.

These pens are great for authors to autograph their books.
These pens do not run, bleed and are permanent. It is all I use for autographing my books. I recommend them to my author friends in our writer's group.

Pentel Finito!
I love these pens for tangling. They have a nice fine black that doesn’t bleed through paper. The ink doesn’t instantly dry but dries quickly. I just wish the ink lasted longer - It’s a waste to have to throw them away and buy new.
