do you have to fix arms or can we leave them off?

My husband assembled the chair for me. I asked him your question and his reply was that the arms help to steady the back of chair. Personally, I prefer to have arms in place for support. I hope this helps

What is the height from the top of the cushion to the floor as 45cm doesn't seem very high for a maximum height?

Just received this item. The minimum height from the top of the cushion to the floor is actually 45cm. Not as responded by the seller 35-45cm

I ordered one and it only came with 4 wheels instead of 5. Is there anyway I get can the missing wheel?

For the missing wheel of the office chair you ordered, could you please kindly contact us via your order? so that we can further help you. Once we receive your email, we will resend a new wheel to you straight away. Look forward to hearing back from you! Stay safe and healthy
