These work great
I have an air purifier in my litter box room and wanted to add additional options to eliminate urine smell so I got these and some lemongrass essential oil and with only 3-4 drops a week one pad last about a month and have really help with reducing the smell!

I use mine with lavender oil, just a spritz, not too much. So relaxing and easy to use and replace. Nice small size, like a quarter.

Looks used and poorly packaged
The media could not be loaded. Once i opened the package the first thing i see is that the aroma pad box was open like if someone tried taking them, after that I took a look at the air purifier itself and noticed it was full of lint from clothes or something. As well as it having a mark on it like if someone dropped it! Finally when I turned it on it started blowing dust out from the top, there was even a small piece of what seems to look like a dust ball from the air vent!
