can you get replacement gel packs

That is a really good question, I went back on line to check and see if there are replacement ice packs for this item. I couldn't find any. What I have done in the past is go to Walmart and get some of the gel packs they offer. I am still searching on line for the replacement ones for this product. But this head wrap is so helpful for my headaches I use it often. If you find any good replacements I would love to hear about them.

How long does it stay cold?

I chilled mine for about one hour before using my Head Ice Wrap. They stayed cold for about 45 minutes. I kept it on for 20 minutes at a time. I'm sure if you kept it in the freezer longer it would stay cooler a little longer. But I wouldn't advice to keep it on your head for more than 20 minutes at a time.

What is the power cord for?

There is no power cord. I'm not sure why it would list one. It's only the wrap and the gel packs that go inside. Works WONDERFUL!!!

How many are included?

It is one head wrap that has 4 ice packs that get placed within the wrap. It is comfortable enough to wear for hours.
