Most likely. The Trailblazer and the GMC Envoy have the same engine, and it fit the Envoy engine that I have. Be careful not to cross thread however. That is easy to do and anti-seize on the threads is highly recommended.

41-103 is CORRECT number for your vehicle. You can buy either iridium plugs (which is what I purchased in Oct 2017, and they still work fine) or you can buy the cheap original equipment plugs. But the 41-103 will work fine. Safe motoring
