This is the only nutrition shake that doesn’t make me feel sick. It tastes like chocolate milk, but not very sweet. It has the texture of chocolate milk. It’s perfect for when I don’t have the time to cook anything and when I need extra calories. I feel satisfied after a drink. This must be because it has balanced nutrition unlike the regular shakes. I love that it’s not expensive for a meal replacement drink either.

Great product--but bad batches are alarmingly frequent.
Great product, but I drop a star for quality control. About 1/6 shipments of these are defective and contain chunks of milk proteins and it's extremely gross. Amazon seems to replace it next day and without requiring me to send back the heavy box of the bad batch, so overall an impressive product. The sugar content is very high however, and it may not be a great product for weight loss, but it is an excellent meal replacement.

Literally one of the only few things I'm able to eat/drink due to my dysphagia. Tastes great and has the protein and nutrients to sustain me. The only thing is that they're expensive especially since I'm disabled living on a fixed income but it's a necessity to stay alive. Very thankful for these. Plus they taste delicious!
