High quality product. But price is high. For main door lock isn't suitable. Very small size.

I bought this Godrej lock trusting the brand name, but it has turned out to be an absolute waste of money and a pathetic experience. The lock completely stopped working after just 3 months of use. When I contacted Godrej customer service, they refused to help directly and instead passed the buck by giving me the phone number of a local distributor. When I called the local distributor, the response was shocking. He flatly told me that there is no warranty or service available for this product. His exact words were to "just break it and throw it in the dustbin." This is an absolute fraud by both Godrej and Amazon. Selling a product with zero warranty support or service availability is unacceptable. If a brand like Godrej cannot back its own products for even 3 months, they shouldn't be selling them. Save your hard-earned money and buy from a brand that actually stands behind its products. Avoid this lock at all costs!
