I’ve been using this B vitamin for about two years now. The capsules are small and very easy to swallow. I’ve been happy with it, and I would definitely recommend it.

I actually ordered these for my mom in an attempt to improve her memory and stop her frequent vertigo bouts. While the effect on vertigo was non-existent, the combination with DHA seems to have slowed effects of memory loss. I've never used this product before, but have no complaints about the formulation, flavor, or any side effects. If the price is close to my first order, will probably buy again. I haven't started these yet, but I had to change my original review. The safety seal was stuck to the inside top of the lid. I thought it was missing. I will say I was happy to find these as they were one of only 3 I could find that didn't have megadoses of any variety of vitamin B. These have a bit more than the RDA, but not like the majority of the others, which had from 1000% to 33000% more. Unless there's a deficiency, that's way to much. I'm happy to have found this and if I see improvement in areas I hope this will address, I will update my rating.

This is the best B-Complex ever. These are tiny pills that almost melt in your mouth with no weird aftertaste or stomach upset. It's the only B-Complex I can take and I love this company for creating such a superior product.
