Complete Original Denture Adhesive Cream, 2.4 oz, Pack of 2

I think I have joined Team Pink for my daily adhesive. On a whim I ordered the pink competitor of my normal Poligrip. I don't like the extra adhesive I that was being left behind when I removed my dentures. After only a couple of days I can definitely say that is not as much of an issue with Fixodent. I remember that I felt the other held better but today proved that wrong. Usually at some point during my work day I would have to add more adhesive to my dentures and I knew better than to attempt to eat anything if liquids and simply talking caused them to become loose. Today I drank my water and my caffeine all day and they stayed firmly attached. It was also a win for Fixodent when I removed them at the end of the day. Yes there's residual adhesive but when using the rough side of a paper towel to remove it I had success. With Poligrip it was never as easy. All products are not the same of course but Fixodent sure took 1st place on my list of important features. Folks new to dentures, save yourself some frustration and embarrassment with loose teeth as well as spare yourself the yuck factor of adhesive that seems to stick to your gums better than the dentures. I just got accustomed to uncomfortable moving dentures and I had forgotten it doesn't need to be an issue.

So glad I found this. I was paying $4.96 at CVS for just one of the little tubes. Here I got a double-pack of the large sized tubes for less than $8.00!! Huge difference!! I'm a happy customer!!

Great Product

This is the 2nd time I've ordered the same product, so I'll let the public decide: the first unit lasted for 14 months, which at a mere $14.99 is pretty good for a cigarette impeller unit. Fact is, the power cord went wonky and I had to perform all sorts of circus-variety voodoo to get the cord to power the (excellent, for the record) motor to do its work. When that failed I scoured the local Goodwill store for cheap replacement transformers. When that failed, I repurchased. Eventually, technology will provide an AC/DC wall plug and a USB port plug and this won't happen again to anyone else. Otherwise, I'm a huge fan of this company and its product. It's easy to use and understand... the instructions couldn't be any easier.

Have used for years, do not like any other brand and always used the original! If your dentures are very loose and Ill fitting, I would recommend you be careful putting so much if this product if where it quiches out! It’s got zinc oxide in it and when swallowed daily can’t be a good healthy idea! If you can afford new dentures or a reline, I’d try try a reline kit read directions BEFORE starting process, will probably still need to use a little fixadent in lower denture, but not as much wheather a dentist does it or you do it yourself and whether your gun line is extremely low. It’s fairly easy to remove rinse thoroughly and use really warm water, not boiling hot, soak over night in drop of non toxic dish soap. No need for denture cleaners, expect one a week depending on how much tea or coffee you drink! I’m not a coffee drinker so. Just rinse in am and brush for couple minutes and rinse again. This has been my experience!
