Can this light be used in a room with bunks where someone may be able to reach up and touch the light (heat emission)?

yes it take only 24 watts of power... but this light is very bright... so it will light up the whole room... it's been perfect for what I needed in the shed... I love this light for the price... takes a little of work to put in place... be patient....

Is there a grounding wire?

There are two wires, Red(Brown) connects to "L", Blue connects to "N". Kindly note there is no grounding wire.

Which light is brighter neutral or daylight?

Thanks you interesting in our led ceiling light. For 24W 5000K daylight and 24W 4000K neutral neutra, they both have the same lumens, so they can light up the same area equally. The lighting atmosphere they provide are different. Thank you.
