Grundsätzlich schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber hier bin ich total begeistert vom Kundenservice. Wer Tonies besitzt, der weiß, dass diese sehr robust sind. Diesen Tonie hatten wir im Februar erworben. Mein Sohn war ganz begeistert von den Geschichten somit kam der Tonie fast täglich zum Einsatz. Plötzlich spielte der Tonie (ab August) nichts mehr ab. An den Verkäufer geschrieben, eingeschickt, neuen erhalten. Für die problemlose Bearbeitung meines Anliegens und die strahlenden Augen meines Sohnes bei Ankunft des Päckchens gibt es 5 Sterne und ein großes Dankeschön an einzigundartig.

This item was bought for my Autistic Grandson he is non verbal but absolutely loves these characters he can choose which one he listens to and they are easy for him to place on the box. They are well worth the money they cost. He especially liked this one as just music and is nice to listen too at bedtime.
