Will this fit a rhino rack fox wing?

If it's the same "standard" bolt spacing on the extruded aluminum backing of most awnings, yes. I used this for a Tepui awning and it lined up perfectly.

Will this work with the Cali raised roof rack?

If you have a flat place to bolt it to on the rack, then yes. The parts of this kit that go on the rack are just glorified (and really beefy) "L" brackets -- so they mount onto a horizontal surface and create a vertical mounting surface for the awning.
