Is this recommended for PCs with glass side panels?

If the side panels are flush, it should fine. If the glass panels are raised or have uneven designs, there might be some extra pressure on the glass. Most of the stress is on the bottom edges of the case when carrying, though.

Can this fit nzxt h510? H: 18.11, W: 8.27

Yes, it will fit. By the way, there are other styles of carrying bags in my store.
