Complaint Regarding Damaged and Non-Sterile Product Delivery
We are extremely disappointed with the condition of the Kimtech Delicate Task Wipers we received. The packaging was damaged and torn, which compromises sterility. Since we ordered this product specifically for use in a sterile laboratory, this completely defeats its purpose. The wipes are unusable in their current condition. Very unhappy with the quality and handling—this needs immediate attention.
