Covers everything from the basics to some of the more advanced topics in purchasing and supply management.

Good

This has been my favorite textbook so far in my supply chain management classes. It's a weighty tome, but it delivers with all of its inserts and examples of business cases being very relevant and interesting to read. It is a deep dive into purchasing and procurement, and has helpful, useful, and best of all, specific methods for things like choosing suppliers, maintaining supplier relationship, and worldwide sourcing. It can be a little wordy on things like cross-functional teams, but there are shorter chapters on things like law and ethics, and negotiation that help round out the text.

Purchasing and Supply Chain Management is an excellent textbook and the company selling it provided an excellent copy in outstanding condition and on time.
