It stays in screw tops.
This works very well as an aerator. It's also very easy to keep clean. My friend has a similar design but hers is too small for screw tops. She has to hold it or it falls off. This one is very snug and works well for both corked and screw top bottles. I would definitely buy it again and even give it as a gift.

Great Wine Aerator
This is my second purchase of this device. The first broke falling in the sink. It is simple to use and easy to clean.

doesn't do much
The stopper is great. The aerator, not so much. Just doesn't deliver much air into the wine. It is unobtrusive and inexpensive, but sadly also rather ineffective.

Seals well
It’s dumb how much I love this thing. It significantly improves the flavor of the wine. If I’m still drinking from the bottle I take the stopper and just flip it upside down and stick it into the aerator for a simple seal. Hella easy to clean. Just don’t lose the rubber! I almost recycled it when I didn’t notice it came out in the wine bottle. Omg I would have cried.
