How do I pick out the right size for me? Cap Size 7-3/8, very short hair

This cap only comes in one size, despite what the size dropdown indicates, and fits most adults comfortably.

Whats the difference between silicone and latex cap? Which one is more comfortable?

Silicone tends to be really stretchy and more durable. Latex is stretchy but in my experience, tends to grab onto long hair and pull, which is not comfortable at all.

Do these keep water from getting in yours ears?

No, you must use the ear plugs.

Swim Caps are not 100% waterproof. THey keep your hair out of your way while swimming, and to a degree protect your hair from the elements of salt water and chlorine. I have seen where people wear 2 caps - such as the Olympic swimmers, but I think that is more for aerodynamics and being streamlined while swimming. I have braided my hair and then put a cap on and it seems to help with the hair not getting too wet. I have never had my hair 100% dry using the swim cap. Sorry! I hope the tips I offered may help you.

Unusally small speedo adult caps

I have worn speedo swim caps for many years and they always have fitted perfectly well. Even though this one was sized as one size adult it was very small and didn't fit on my head
