Awesome.
My son and I are experienced fresh and saltwater fishermen. There are hundreds of "kits" out there for sale. This one is the best small/value for money kit we have bought. It has everything you need for pond, lake, river fishing (one exception being wire leaders). Compact, well presented. Great for heading to out of the way spots when you don't want to lug a lot of gear. A+

Great value for the money
Kids says it is 9 stars !It came with all the basics for a starter fishing kit and came fast.Kids are just learning and we needs a few of the basics and this did the trick. We added pointless scissors and a tiny plier. We got the rods/ reels set up and found this was perfect value, amount, size ( the box is big and well divided) , variety and it covered all we needed to start.We also got some just training plastic fish to help them train the casting and it worked perfect .Buy this !

181 kit - cool
Beginning freshwater fishing with my kids so their rod and reel combos had very basic kits. Needed more options but nothing crazy elaborate yet, so I tried the 181 piece kit. I was shocked how compact the case was and began to worry. As I opened and looked through it got impressive they organized everything into such a compact kit. I love the fact that this has a locking lid for each compartment! I have to say, pleasantly surprised by this kit.Had I know I think I would have tried 196 or 214 with the lure. Personally I prefer the foam floats, they seem more durable and float better than the hollow plastic ones that get water in and have to be drained out at times which is a pain. Otherwise, if your kit needs a boost of handy essentials but don't want to spend a lot, this is it.

It's ok for a beginner but most of the items are useless and a bit junky. What you would expect from a cheap kit like this.

The product is very organized It’s a good size travel kit if you want to fish on the go and you want to pack very light comes with almost everything you need to set your pull up and start fishing right away very good for a gift or like I said traveling light it’s basically a grab and go
