Q: What is the age limit for kittens?

I have gotten ear mite killer from my vet. You are only supposed 1 or 2 drops in each ear canal and massage....once a week if necessary. Using more can cause irritation/infection. Hematomas are caused by them shaking their head...not the med. Zymox is a wash only and doesn't kill mites. Since my vet passed away...I actually use Otomite...and a marked medicine syringe inserted in a hole in the top just big enough to snugly fit it...and only fill to the number 1...and put half in each ear. It works...and once everything is under control...I usually have to start treating again every 6 months

Q: i have two cats. would this be enough for both or should i get two?

Q: Is there an expiration date? I can't find it anywhere on the box or bottle.

Q: after using this product, my cat got a huge lump under his ear. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hello. I used this product for my cat’s ear mites and did not have any issues. I’m not sure why your cat developed a lump under his ear. Is it possible your cat may have had an allergic reaction to the product? Just a thought.
