prefer the comfort pad to the original prongs for my dog I have to order a second one because i use the two pager model only had bought the one just to make sure it was the right one also to the person who says it covers the charging port try rotating 90 degrees either clockwise or counterclockwise should fit better if you have the same model as i do

Love this, I use on my Rhodesian Ridgeback dog, those pointy prongs scared me as my dogs wrestle pretty hard. I have total control as well as peace of mind

I already have this comfort pad on my female's collar and it's been great (I've got GSP's), just got it for my male's collar and test mounted it onto the unit (while at work where it shipped) but forgot to bring the collar tool with me to loosen and tighten everything in place so I did the best I could by hand just to test it out. I am wondering why neither comfort pad kit came with the bolts as seen in the photos above.. Both kits came with rubber backed bolts and I didn't notice any issues with my girl's but, without having been able to complete the mounting process, I placed the pad onto the screws of the unit and used my fingers to tighten the washers and bolts into place as best I could then tested on my arm - I figured I would be able to feel it but was surprised that I didn't feel the stimulation in the pad itself but in the tops of the screws which were left slightly exposed by the bolt because my bolts are not covered/domed like in the photos... not sure if anyone else has had this issue..
