Let's Be Weird Together: A Book About Love

This book is so much fun! As a fan of Sad Animal Facts and It’s Different Everyday Calendar, I was looking forward to getting my hands on a copy and it came just in time for the holidays. I’m looking forward to buying this book for friends this Valentine’s Day. It’s about time there is a book that celebrates our weirdness and love AND includes temporary tattoos in the back!

I bought as a gift for some friends and it arrived on time and in good shape. I flipped through to make sure it was appropriate and it's a cute, nerdy, mismash of random facts and stories about love. Perfect for the couple I'm gifting it to.

I ordered this book in hopes I could read it with my partner and it did NOT disappoint! We read a few pages together before bed every night and the book is filled with funny anecdotes that every couple can relate to (the fact that it's written by a couple makes it all the more special!)Brooke's drawings perfectly encapsulate every couple's "weirdness", and you cannot help but aww your way through every page. Not to mention the bonus temporary tattoos at the back, which also make a perfect surprise gift for any kiddos in your life! I recommend this for anyone who wants a feel-good read or a unique coffee book that is both adorable and entertaining.

If the adorable cover doesn't draw you in, then the rest of the book surely will. As a fan of Brooke Barker's Sad Animal Facts books, I knew from the first page that there would be tons of cute pictures, but the text of the book was just as cute, and weird, and wonderful as the pictures. I think I even learned something, and certainly enjoyed snuggling on the couch with my co-weirdo reading this book! This would probably also make a great gift!
