I'm not one to rush into a review, I try it out for a bit and had forgotten to leave my opinion till now, TWO whole years have passed and the Mrs. was quite pleased with how they wash and keep the pillow "plumped up". So she is now ordering a set for herself. I have allergies to many chemicals or scents, these let me sleep away with no side effects at all. I never wake up with a HOT pillow and enjoy great sleep overall. I double stack my pillows and flip the top one once I settle down at night to get that cool value as i drift off, They seem to have wrinkle resistances right out of the dryer, so no special treatment for the fabric. I went standard size for my Queen sized pillows and they zip right up without a problem, as i like the snug fit. Value for the money is important in todays economic turmoil. The zipper is sturdy and ties into the fabric to snugly hold everything in place. That said i do not feel the zipper poking me as i sleep. Certainly not my first pillow protector but...when the time comes for a new set, i hope these are still available!

These work and don’t irritate your ears. I have a pet that likes to pee on pillows when he gets jealous. I have gone through so much money buying new pillows that I found these and wanted to try them. Of course a lot of water resistant material has that crinkle of a plastic that would irritate your ear. If you lay on these covers, they are soft and easy to wash. I put them on my pillows and place the pillow covers over them. There were times where my pet had peed on them but the pillow itself was not peed on. We don’t use them as much as our pet doesn’t pee anymore but we still use them just for security (Don’t worry my pet doesn’t pee on our bed anymore)

This is a very nice product and one to consider but it has a couple of features to share. I always use nice linens on my bed and my pillows are sacred. When you have a nice pillow that fits your neck and head you just know so when it's time to shop for a new one, it is also time to refresh your pillow protector. This pillow protector is everything is says in its description. It does NOT crinkle or make noise which is a big factor for many. It has a good zipper that is not cheap or sewn irregularly. It will stand the test of time. The product is slightly oversized which makes putting the pillow inside, easy. There is no need to struggle or smoosh the pillow, it accommodates nicely and is not lumpy. The fabric is soft and presents with a quilted finish, unlike most. For an item that is hidden with a regular pillowcase, I found this to be a slight distraction. The protector coincidentally matches my comforter and pillow shams in a white quilted finish which I was not expecting. While this reads like a benefit, it is a slight overkill. Unless you do not use pillow shams, then this is your product because it will dress up your bed. For me, while I appreciate the hefty fabric, it is almost a waste. This is not thin cotton which many protectors are. The fabric has a drape to it which is a very nice feature. Lastly, unlike some protectors this one does NOT make your pillow rock hard once zipped inside. There is plenty of air inside and room allowing your pillow to breath. That is a big bonus. I took off one star simply because it functions more like a pillow sham vs a pillow protector, which if you do not use pillow shams, will be a great addition to your bedding. Overall, a nice find and one worth considering because it will last a very long time due to its well made fabrication.

Excellent pillow covers. Soft on the outside and the inside is lined which makes it leak proof. Good value for the price.

I've looked a while for adequate replacements of the original padded pillow covers for my two expensive pillows after the originals started to deteriorate. Finally found these which were possibly better than the originals. Be advised, the sizes run a bit on the large size, but still very usable.

I’m giving 3 stars because it is easy to wash. Waterproof. Soft, easy to put on and take off and does protect your pillow, but I did not find these case to be cooling at all.
