Great BOSU Instructional Book
I am in the process of becoming a Pilates instructor. I’m so grateful for this very thorough instruction book on the BOSU. I didn’t receive any manual on the BOSU, so this goes perfectly in my Pilates library! I can’t wait to put my practice from this book into the classroom. Plus it’s helping me with balance and tone.

Bous Ball

Great resource!
I recently snagged a brand new Bosu ball for an amazing price and wanted to know what else I could do (aside from the 5 or so exercises I'd previously learned from my trainer). This book is just the thing! The photos and descriptions are great - no staring at confusing diagrams, scratching my head while I try to figure out what each exercise it. Worth the Prime price, for sure - even better that I got it used on Amazon for about half that price!

Nice Menu of Exercise Possibilities
This book has MANY exercise suggestions when working out with the Bosu Trainer. The exercises are easy to follow with short descriptions and pictures on each page. There are "routines" prepared from which you choose the specific exercises you would like to plug in for each section. I would have had difficulty getting started on the Bosu Trainer without this book. Highly recommended.

It's a great workout.
I'm no stranger to intense workouts. In my youth....an avid cyclist and weight trainer. But, between work and parenting, who can work out 1-2 hours a day and who wants to :)? I never thought a Bosu ball could give me a worthwhile workout but, oh yes, it can. I have two, which allows me to add more aerobic exercises, not that a single one won't get you huffing and puffing. The book has ALOT of good exercises for the entire body. I recommend the Bosu for those 40 and under and 40 and over. It's an exercise method that can span all levels.

Have go a lot of exercises and other people also I leave it at the gym for others to use excellent balance for beginners to immediate then great exercises

very informative, well explained
This is a very useful and informative book with emphasis on core training and strengthening, The exercises are clearly explained, both written and via photographs and are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced BOSU users. There is a brief introduction to the BOSU, followed by clear explanations on getting started, moving on and off the BOSU; which muscle groups are involved; exercises with and without weights and a cardio section which really gets the heart pumping and those muscles working. There are basic as well as advanced versions of all exercises and an index of exercises for each area of the body. Well worth buying.
