Where are the replacement pepperball ammo for this gun?

Umarex normally sells them, most distributors are out of stock Atm due to covid supply chain disruption and excessive demand for personal protection items. We anticipate new supply in the next several weeks

For the co2, will i have to replace it after i fire 6 shots?

No, the CO2 bottle does not deplete after firing 6 shots. However, once the CO2 bottle is used, the compressed air does not hold long. So, either keep shooting until the CO2 bottle is all emptied, or replace with a new CO2 bottle to ensure you have a working CO2 bottle whenever you need to use it again next time.

I just purchased one of these. I tried shooting it and nothing happens. Co2 is fully punctured as well. Can someone tell me what’s wrong?

Sometimes the puncture goes wrong you might not have a tight enough seal when you punch the c02 and runs out.. or to tight and is not letting it out.. and then when try to loosen it it runs out. Has to be in place firmly but not sinched down to the max. I went thru 3 or 4 c02's before I figured it out .. it was a different gun and manufacturer.. but exact same concept..hope this helps and is not to vague.
