Love It Buy It!
I am loving this machine! I have vast amounts of ceramic tile covering nearly all the floor space in my house and it is physically too much for me to properly care for. It is January and the last time it was well moped was last March when I paid someone to come in and do it. Ive done damp mopping but its been way past that for a while. I looked at several of the steam floor cleaners and while I like to try the newer, cheaper brands often with success in this case based on reviews I went with the old guard and couldnt be happier. I made it less complicated and less likely to fail by excluding steamers that did multiple jobs by coming apart, etc. This kept the machine lighter and less likely to fail. My floors are now looking cleaner than when I spent more than the price of this machine to have them cleaned. I will grant I was only able to do a room at a time and some of the larger rooms in chunks, but it is done and with way less effort than regular mopping. No buckets to lug and spill back and forth, no worry about where to dump the dirty, soapy water, none! I listened to what I read in the comments and reviews 1) Spot clean first with the SpotBoost Brush then do the whole floor with the mop head (s) 2) Get extra mop covers so you dont just push dirty water around when it gets too wet 3) Wipe away the wet, dirty water when possible to keep the dirty water from re-drying and needing to be picked up with the full steam mop head. This goes especially when cleaning the grout so it doesnt settle back in. I do it during each part and I find it comes cleaner as left over dirt not picked up by the wet mop head doesnt dry back on. The wonders this did for the grout. Just hold it over the tough spots at first letting the steam break up the dirt (detached from the mop head) and alternate with brushing it. You can see the dirt liquefy or go into the water, thats when to get it with a towel. I did the towel dance as I steamed. I also hooked one up to a regular dust mop handle and pushed it. I did the kitchen first and it took about a week to get to the rest. As I expected the second round at the kitchen was mostly just running the steam mop over it with way less spot cleaning and grout scrubbing. Im expecting now that I spent a weekend steaming all the floors it should be much easier going forward now that the hard dirt is gone. I loved not using chemicals and did use distilled water. It was so easy, no mixing, no dumping, just pouring and going. For a really dirty tile floor first cleaning with lots of grout (13 x 12) I used about 4 or 5 400ml cup fulls of water. I was going to post before and after pics but if I wanted to show my dirty floor I wouldn't have bought the steamer so clean only :) I didnt buy any others so I cant comment on those but I vote for this one and with Amazon pricing and shipping I vote again!

Best mop I’ve ever used!!
Best mop I’ve ever used!! I’ve used various kinds of steam mops, I’ve used the vacuum mops, spin mops, heck I’ve even mopped by hand, and this thing does a better job than anything I’ve tried on my LVP. All this grooves make it hard to really get the floors CLEAN. After mopping, I usually feel like the floors are cleanER, but still not that clean. I was SHOCKED to see the floors actually look clean for the first time! What a relief! I’ve spent 3 years trying to find the best mop for these dang LVP floors and this mop is IT! We mopped just a week ago and I was shocked at how much dirt we got off the floor. Yikes 😳 I also LOVED how long the cord is! So much better than others I’ve used. It heats up quickly, the floor dried fast, and the 2 kinds of mop pads included worked GREAT! Overall obsessed with this mop and have already told my friends to buy one. Seriously so obsessed and THANKFUL to finally have an option that actually cleans!

Where Have This Been All My Life?
Oh Darn! Shoulda been using this thing before old age! I could’ve had clean floors all my life. I’m creaky with bad knees and arthritis everywhere and this is such a joy to use. I just vacuum and then steam everything. Couldn’t be easier. Once I sprayed my floors with Pinesol and then steamed. Don’t do that. It leaves a sticky residue that you’ll have to go over again. Steam is enough to clean. Cord is super long and convenient.

If you had the previous model...
I will preface this review by saying I owned the previous PowerFresh model for almost 4 1/2 years. There will be comparisons here. My home consists of ceramic tile and hardwood. This model (Deluxe) is a bit taller. As someone who is vertically challenged (5’ 2”), I still find it quite comfortable to use. For those who are upgrading from the previous version and don’t bother with instructions, make note: this model has an actual power button. Once the ready light stops flashing, you have to hit the power button before you can choose a steam setting. When finished, instead of having to cycle through the steam levels to turn it off, just hit that handy power button again. As far as general mopping is concerned, it’s exactly what I have come to expect from a Bissell steam mop. It cuts through dog and child messes almost effortlessly. I do like the addition of the scent disc tray. No need to worry about remembering to grab the old (nasty) disc from the dirty pad. Now, the biggest change. The big orange scrubby section. The previous model had a very small scrubber on the back you could pop down when needed. I used that on my wood often. There was no steam for that part, but it was still convenient and functional. This newer model does not include that, and I fear I’ll miss it. Instead, it pops apart to scrub. I’m not finding the pedal release for this to work very easy, but there could be a “trick” I just haven’t discovered yet. It’s only been in my possession a few hours, after all. I don’t see myself using this scrubber on my hardwood as it has massive steam output (aka, puddles of water). I did try the scrubber on my kitchen grout. It definitely still takes elbow grease, but it does work. I’m not completely blown away, but it’s better than nothing, I guess. Durability: again, I’ve only had my mop a few hours. The button that actually releases the scrubber pad from the mop fell off while I was scrubbing grout. I have no idea how it happened, but the scrubber would not stay on until I put the button back on. Thankfully, it popped on pretty easily, but I’m hoping this will not be a regular occurrence. I loved my last Bissell steam mop. It developed leaks, which was my own fault. I added vinegar to my water a few times, and also occasionally added a few drops of tea tree oil. I killed my seals. With previous experience, I feel this new mop should last a long time with proper use.

YOU NEED THIS STEAM MOP!!!
Fantastic! I have two large dogs. This steam mop not only uses steam to steam clean the floors, but it also removes doggy odor from the floor. While using the steam mop, I squirt a solution of half antibacterial pine cleaner, half water onto the floor which really contributes to the clean and helps in killing and eliminating fleas and flea eggs. Sounds gross, but if you have dogs, regardless of whether they are treated with flea medication or not, fleas will appear. This steam mop lasted me two years, but I did purchase the extended three year warranty because I love this mop. It's worth every penny. Just make sure and buy extra scrubber pads.

Very Good!
UPDATED ONE YEAR LATER: After using this for one year I thought I would add an update. I am still v e r y pleased with this stem mop. It does the job. Vacuum well before using the Bissel for best results. Two very small niggles have emerged. 1. The handle is NOT very ergonomic and if you have any arthritis in your hands you might consider padding the handle. I have not yet dine this, but plan to look for an appropriate wrapping maybe to use over a bit of foam. 2. The cord does not like to stay ‘clipped’ and sometimes comes undone. I still find steam mopping the best and safest solution for cleaning my floors…especially with pets who can be sensitive to many cleaning products. I do enjoy adding just a hunt of organic essential oils to the “scent board” that fits into the plastic holder. It adds just enough to refresh the air without endangering my critter family members. I do remove the board after every use because essential oils could damage the plastic if left in place too long. I Have had no problems at all. ++++++++++++++++ I wanted a mop that was lightweight, easy to maneuver, did not require the use of cleaning powders or liquids, reduced bacteria and virus’ , stores easily in as small a space as possible. I ordered this Bissell and basically got exactly what I wanted! i have used a steam cleaner in the past (like 20 years ago) - it was a canister model that did a decent job but was a bit clunky to lug about. As age encroaches I found that I wanted a lighter, easier to manage steam mop that was light, easy to use, and cleaned like a wizard. I started doing some research and landed i. the Bissel. I am sensitive to many cleaning products. Steam sanitizes without the need for cleaning products! This model is easier to use and has very few - if any- negatives. Pros: * Lightweight * Very easy to maneuver. The cleaning head swivels to get into most any odd shaped or small area. * Produces prodigious steam in very little time. * Has two steam settings : regular steam and prodigious steam! * Easy to refill with water * Simple and intuitive to use. * The cleaning pads are well made, fit securely, clean very well and wash up perfectly. To me thats’s a win! Potential Cons * For anyone with arthritis in your hands and wrists - the handle could use a bit of padding. Certainly not a deal breaker but thought I would mention it. * Uses distilled water. I drink filtered water and I think that it will be sufficient - does not use all that much! I used it on vinyl flooring, LVP flooring, and tile flooring and it worked like a champ on all of them. Good product. Reasonable price. Clean, sanitized, floors!

i now have cleaner floors even with wide grout
I am very pleased and really wish i would have bought this years ago. We have ceramic tile kitchen and bath tile with the older style wide grout and it has been both an eyesore and hard to manually clean. I have been using various swiffer products to marginal success over the years. Vacuum first to get the crumbs. then use this steam mop with the large pad for the tile surfaces. Follow up by removing the mop head (it easily pops on and off with the foot latch) and use the steam-with-brush function for the wide grout. I do have to use a microfiber cloth to absorb the dirty steam water afterward from the grout cleaning since the brush head isn't going to pick that up. Honestly the cleanest my floors have been in decades with way less work. Note: it is NOT cordless.

Defective machine
Machine not steaming and incorrect plug, we wish to return this item but I see it has an american return address We are not prepared to pay postage to America it will be far too expensive. There should be an address in Australia to return it to and even then we should not have to pay postage as the machine is faulty

Great mop!
I love this mop. The head detaches so you can use the brush on grout. And it worked amazing! Would def recommend.

Creditable seller and great customer service
Great customer services. We forgot to check the voltage difference between US and Singapore, product can not be used in Singapore. Seller has reached out promptly and followed up to ensure refund has been processed promptly. It’s a pity we cannot use the product, but the customer service is really good. Thank you.

Refunded my money as it can’t work in the country where I live
The product can’t work in Singapore due to voltage rating. The seller is kind enough to give me the product for free and refund me my money.
