Medium coverage stays in place
I love this camo product, it gives enough coverage to look natural but I also love the fact that it has SPF 30. I had been using SPF alone and my eyes are very sensitive and would stream tears wearing SPF alone. This product stays in place and doesn't bother my eyes at alone and my skin looking amazing! I have T-zone oily skin and this product stays in place and blends well.

Fuller coverage, and little goes a long way.
I was expecting this to be less coverage than my foundation, but it's pretty high coverage. The shade is a perfect match, and it doesn't take much; a little goes a long way. I'm sure it's buildable, but I didn't need to use more than one pump. It does feel a little bit heavy when first applying, but once it dries, you can hardly tell you're wearing it.

Takes some getting used to, but I'm hooked
I first bought this among several other drugstore products whilst on a search to replace a high-end foundation that had become too expensive for me to continue buying. The e.l.f. Camo CC Cream had been suggested as something people who liked the other foundation also liked. I tried it, and I absolutely hated it at first -- it goes on very patchy, doesn't last well on my oily skin, and my primer (Smashbox Photo Finish) only made the problems worse. But, I was stuck with the bottle and I figured, "Well, I don't want it to go to waste. I'll keep it around in case I need a more moisturizing foundation."The turning point was actually when the Renaissance Fair came up a few months later. This CC Cream has a SPF 30 which is atypically high for foundation, so in that regard it was perfect for being out all day in the sun. I just had to find a way to make it stay. Since my Renfair makeup is a production that takes weeks or months of test runs there was ample time to devise a system, and ultimately using it in combination with Mehron Barrier Spray kept it on all day in 90 degree heat. Moreover, I learned in the course of my testing that, although the CC Cream tends to come off easier than my preferred foundation, it also repairs more easily than that foundation. Meaning: if I have to do something like wipe my nose and all the makeup comes off, it's simple to retouch with more makeup and not end up with a patchy effect. So, given the realities of wintertime I switched to the Camo CC Cream as my everyday makeup. I also went ahead and bought the e.l.f. Liquid Poreless Putty Primer and that also made a big difference in the wear of this makeup: with the putty primer it's not anywhere near as patchy, and it stays on much better, as well as getting a more flattering matte finish. The necessity of wearing it with the primer does add to the cost per application, but, it's still cheaper than that high-end stuff I was replacing.

As to Performance...
I read about this CC Cream and was eager to try it because it sounded like it had good ingredients for my mature skin-collagen, peptides, niacinamide and even sunscreen. I did not just randomly order a shade but instead first went to a makeup match finder site. That was so I could supposedly as closely as possible match up my former shade to a shade of the e.l.f. CC cream. It ended up being a warm medium shade. When I first got the CC cream and attempted to try it the pump would not work. I pushed and pushed and pushed on the pump multiple times and was not able to get anything out. It wasn't until later when I tried a 2nd time some CC cream shot out. A tube that could be "squeezed" with just a small opening at the top might be better for dispensing the cream instead of a pump applicator. As for the cream itself it is rather thick, more so than several makeup brands I already have. It was rather dry feeling and difficult to spread. After wearing the CC cream for awhile too it oxidized turning an unflattering orangey color. I noticed others mentioned those things too-so it wasn't just me experiencing some of that stuff. This CC cream also sank into pores after awhile too and made them more pronounced looking doing no favors for my mature skin. Makeups can be iffy--depending on whether you can find a shade to compliment your undertones, skin type or address certain skin issues. I tried two different shades and had similar difficulties with each.

great for normal to dry skin during Asia Winter time
I chose 120N base on my usual foundation shades with US/EU brands, almost the first 1-2 lightest shade, neutral with slightly cool undertone (i.e. MAC NW10/ N4, it cc cream fair porceline / fair beige, NARS L0.5 YangYang). This shade looks slightly warmer than my undertone esp a few hours after applied (slightly oxidation), but can naturally correct my purple-blue dark circles without looking grayish. I put on my elf cc cream after applying Vit C serum and sunscreen, followed by my NARS pressed powder to set my overall makeup. It can last for whole day during this winter in Asia (13-20 Celsius, humidity in 30-50%), neither feeling dry nor patchy. The coverage is medium, my freckles can be concealed for about 50-60% with a total 1 pump for all over face, but do not feel thick. Very similar to it cosmetic cc cream in overall texture and outcome, with a more valuable price! I will definitely continue use the elf cc cream and try it in the hotter weather, see if it is suitable for the hot humid Asia weather.
