Decent microwave
I remember the first microwave my family bought. They picked it up at costco, it had a dial that didn't go lower than 1 minute and didn't have a turntable inside, I think those became standard years later. The dial wouldn't start if you tried to set it for 30 seconds or whatever, so you'd have to standby and wait if you needed something heated for less than a minute.I thought it was the best invention ever. Fast forward too many years to admit and our trusty microwave died on us (not the one with the dial, that one was given to me when I went off to college and my idiot roommate killed it by trying to heat up mac n' cheese with a spoon still in the bowl). So we got this one. Waiting for it to arrive was excrutiating. I didn't realize how much I'd come to depend on it.I heat tea and coffee pretty much all day long. I use it to soften butter or cream cheese. It's the perfect out of the way spot for proofing dough. Leftovers for three? Easy and practically instantaneous. So I was beyond excited when this microwave finally arrived. It was a bit different than our last micro. For example our old micro had the fast buttons; baked potato, beverage, etc. It also had a 30 sec button for quick heat ups, but you could use the number pad to enter a time for cooking; 1 min 15 seconds or whatever. On this new micro you have to push the TIMED COOK button BEFORE you enter the numbers or else entering 4 turns into 4 minutes! This is a change that I don't care for and have been a bit worried will turn disastrous sometime when I try to heat a cold chicken breast for 45 seconds and instead it turns to 9 minutes of heating! But other than this small quibble its a nice little machine.

Great microwave
One night, while making supper, our microwave up and died on us. So, we were in need of a new one. Now, our family seems to go through many microwaves. None seem to last too long for us. We have had expensive ones in the past and after they did not last, we decided to go a cheaper route. My husband and I looked over Amazon for one that would work for us. We also have old wiring, so we can't go too high in wattage, making it more difficult to find a good microwave that will do the job and hopefully last, but not too expensive.I came across this one. I had never heard of the name before, but it did have great reviews and the price was right and it was Prime Shipping. This came 2 days after I ordered it and it was shipped nicely. Taking the microwave out of the box and putting it where I need it, we finally got to examine it. It is very nice designed and was easy to figure out. What we love is the Express Buttons. You press 1-6 if your needs are between 1 minute and 6 minutes. No need to hit time cook, put the numbers in and hit start. You literally just press 1-6. Another nice feature is the +30 second button. It is on the start button, so if you are cooking and you think it needs a few more seconds, just hit the start button for another 30 seconds. Other features are defrost by weight, potato, pizza, drink settings. They are very self explanatory, but the instructional booklet helps explain things nicely. So far, this is a very nice microwave and I hope it lasts me more than 1 year

Good price, fast shipping, works well for my household
My little microwave came in today (super fast shipping at a really good price) and it is exactly what I needed since my old micro was on its final leg (only the express defrost was working). It is a small microwave which helps me save space. It is a perfect size for my home because there are only two of us and we use the microwave for prep work and/or small meals to warm up. It is a light item so it needed to have something placed on top to keep it from sliding a bit when I opened the front door but I had something on my old micro so it isn't a change for me.So far, I warmed up my corn chowder soup from lunch with ease. My son used it to make popcorn. We haven't had micro popcorn in a really long time. The front panel is a bit small so I think people with not great eyesight may want to consider that. If you look at it straight on and in good lighting, it isn't so bad but if it is at an angle with low lighting, the panel labels are a bit hard to discern. That's about the only thing so far that I can say against it. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with it and it was a solid price.

Good little microwave. Lasted 8.5 years, longer than I expected.
It was a good little microwave. We chose this one because it was inexpensive and it fit in the limited space we had. It lasted 8.5 years before it fizzled out. Actually, it was more like a flash and a loud pop when it died.

Works well except the beeper died.
I ordered this and received it promptly on December 8. Set up was easy, and it worked as advertised. It works well cooking, reheating and defrosting. The only reason I didn't give this a higher rating is that a couple of weeks ago, I noted that the beeper sound was weaker. It has been progressively weaker and as of today, I can barely hear it when standing right next to the microwave. That makes it pretty useless as a timer and inconvenient when cooking something. Having read that you either have to take it into a dealer (not one close by) or ship it, I haven't decided if I am going to pursue it. I may contact Amazon customer service (which is always great) and ask what they recommend.
