I picked up this A-10 Warthog building block set and honestly, it was great. The finished model looks fantastic, there’s a lot of attention to detail, and it really captures the iconic look of the A-10. If you’re into military aircraft, this is a great display piece once it’s completed. The build itself was really enjoyable. With 931 pieces, it’s a solid project that keeps you engaged without being overly frustrating. It not so difficult but still challenging. I was able to complete it in a reasonable amount of time and enjoyed the process the whole way through. The quality of the bricks is also pretty good. Everything fit together well, and the finished model feels sturdy. There were even some extra pieces included, which is always appreciated. The instructions were mostly clear. Overall, this is a great set for the price. Whether you’re a casual builder or a military aviation fan, it’s a fun and rewarding build that looks great on display. I’d definitely consider picking up more sets from this General Jim.

A fun kit. No missing or warped pieces. As some have noted, it is back heavy and will tip backwards, which can be remedied with a weight in the front. A real bargain compared to LEGO kits. Pieces do snap together nice and snug.

This (not)LEGO set is amazing! It looks exactly like an A10 so there is NO misidentifying it, it has similar hard points (weapon positions) to the real A10, and the gun on it looks great! It was fairly easy to assemble, as long as you cna assemble normal LEGO this will be fine. Its a good size, a little larger than expected but I am NOT complaining. The only loose parts are the front of fhe engines, but that is a very small detail otherwise it is very stable. All in all, a solid 9/10! The only way this could be better is if it had custom weapons like COBI.

I really enjoyed building this plane. The attention to detail is excellent. Unfortunately, I had a few damaged pieces but fortunately I was able to use them is a spot that hid the damage. I also had 2 pieces on a missile that I had to glue together because they would fall apart. Instructions were easy to follow. The plane is quite large which I like since it is so detailed.

Great models. In my experience General Jim's kits are amazing. My 12 year old grandson loves them. Some challenge to assemble (as they should be). Clear instructions and every thing fits. That is not always true of other building block models. They are a bit pricey but worth it.

Another fun build with no issues with the pieces. Instructions can be a little confusing at times as you can’t see where the pieces go at times. The only complaint I have was that it is tail heavy so it drops back. I put a small lead fishing weight in the nose gear housing and fixed it. As for General Jim’s this was my second build purchasing through them and have had nothing but success with them.

It was perfect! My 10 year old grandson put it together by himself. I was impressed with the quality of the product. He didn’t have any problems with it. Plus he had a ball playing with it. He is into the military planes.
