Tamiya 1/14 Scania R470 High Line Vehicle

This is a great kit for someone who appreciates scale realism and RC vehicles. I got mine for Christmas a few years ago and it really got me hooked on Tamiya's series of RC semi truck. First of all, the body is largely molded plastic very similar to plastic model cars, planes, etc. While this won't weather accidents(ex.crashes) as well as lexan bodies of many other rc cars ant trucks, it gives a much more realistic appearance. The chassis and higher stress parts are made of metal for strength. One of my favorite parts of the chassis are the steel leaf springs, just like a real tractor truck. It has a 3 speed transmission that can be shifted from the remote/radio. These trucks also have a good deal of optional accessories available for them, including trailers(which can be attached) and light/sound effect units. All in all, while Tamiya's tractor trucks are a bit pricey, they are good quality and some of the best rc semis available.
