Yes . For your peace of mind go to the Mann Filter C43139 page and in the upper left screen area you'll see a Select your vehicle area. Enter your vehicle information from the drop down boxes then click on: Check Fit. I have a 2014 Mercedes-Benz C300 4Matic Sport Sedan with the V6. They work fine in my C300. I hope this helps. If your ml 350 carry the same engine is a E 350 4matic sedan it shouldn't be a problem. Mine is a E 350 4 matic 2014 and the filter was exact fit. Good luck.
