The Cisco Headset 560 Series can connect to some End-of-Life Cisco Unified IP Phone models like 7962 through the Y-Cable.  In particular, the CP-HS-WL-561-M-US= Cisco Headset 561 Wireless Single Headset with Multibase Station comes with two USB-A cables for USB connectivity and an RJ9/11 Y cable for Cisco IP phone connectivity.

Officially, the Cisco 500 series Headsets can be connected to PC, Mac and Cisco IP phones as well as other Cisco Calling Devices. Although they might work with Toshiba office phones this hasn't been tested set up. Is there a phone indicator light that works with this headset?

Hello Shelia,

You connect the Cisco Headset 561 to the Cisco IP Phone via Y-Cable, USB or Bluetooth (Multibase only). Then the Cisco IP phone menu will display the headset info, so it is on the phone display, with no light/LED on the phone itself. There is a LED indicator on the headset multi-base when connected to the IP Phone.
