Really helps develop good angles, and with them, great rythm and contact
Simple but brilliant! Maybe one of the best training aids I’ve bought. It allows you to draw just enough attention to mechanics during the swing that you can fix one fault after another while sublimating the better positions into your subconscious. Really helps one to tune up their swing rapidly. Probably more useful to people who already have a good idea how to swing well but struggle because they’re developing bad habits - ie instead of beginners, who probably need full instruction, I don’t know. Watch the YouTube videos by the inventor, Martin Chuck. Do all the exercises during your range session.
