Q: Can this be set as a 10 gallon sprayer?

You would need to know the ratio of product to gallons based on the chemical manufacturer's instructions. For example, 1 Tablespoon = 1 gallon. You would put 10 Tablespoons of product in the sprayer, fill the sprayer to the 10 gallon line and mix well before starting to spray. Q: what is the highest level of concentration? I would like to mix a 10-to1 ratio of water to bleach.

You might be better off with a sprayer that has a mixing dial. You cannot vary the mix on this sprayer.

A gallon is 128 ounces. A quart is 32 ounces. There are 4 quarts in a gallon. If you are saying your bottle sprayer is 32 ounces then I would presume you would need to divide the 3 oz by 4 which is 0.75 ounces. If you have a shot glass most shot glasses are Close to 1 ounce. So you would need to do a shot glass and fill it 3/4 of the way up with your product per usage. At least that is how I calculate it and what I would do.
