My girlfriend and I each have one of these, and she is always overheated (to the point where I sleep with extra blankets to keep the room cold enough for her), and she's never said anything about the mask being hot. No, I do not feel any pressure on the eyes and I have long lashes. And if it does, the mask is so soft it doesn't irritate the lashes or anything else on your face. I hope this is helpful.

How do you use nose baffle? Lay on nose or fold under mask?

I tried folding it under but I'm a restless sleeper and it never stayed put. I finally put a thin line of fabric glue on the outside edge, away from my face, and folded the baffle up and held it in place until the glue dried. It's better.
