Very well written and the format is useful
Recently found out I may have Asperger's syndrome. Was advised to purchase some books from the dummies range. Have so far diped into a couple of chapters and also started to read from the beginning to read it from cover to cover. This book is very well set out. It has a section on facial expressions and recognising body language an also using your own body language. Understanding the concepts explained in the book is easy. For me practicing the skills in the real world will be the difficult part. Even if you are a good communicator you will learn some useful tips I would recommend this book and if you really would like to study the subject further you could buy a more detailed and technical book after reading this one.

Tools for how to talk?
How to communicate or how to talk? Is my focus area in my main roles in this life. Unfortunately I faced people they cannot stand and talk front of other people either they don't have the strategy of how to talk or they need to understand their internal capabilities.

How should I say this...This is a great guide book
Great comprehensive introduction to better ways of communicating, both in professional or personal settings. Includes lots of little great tips and practises to work on.
