Q: Is it possible to remove a sleeve and an reinsert elsewhere in box in order to re-organize? Does the CD artwork also fit in a sleeve? Thanks!

I'm storing the CDs of the master scans of my artwork and the back ups in jewel cases. The jewel cases fit fine. I use the sleeves for CDs of reference photos and scans of preliminary artwork. There is no reason sleeves can't be moved around and placed in a different order. Any questions email me. Paul Sullivan- sully1251@cox.net

Q: What are the dimenssions/ measurements of the box?

At its longest point the box is just under 11 3/4 inches, it is 6 3/8 inches wide and 6 5/8 inches tall

Q: Will regular size jewel cases fit?

I assume that you are asking if a 'regular sized jewel case' will perform as a DVD storage device. I have no idea. This item though is perfect for doing just that. I just measured mine. It is about 11.5"x6.5x6.5. I hope that helps..

Q: Does CD artwork fit in the included sleeves?

I assume you mean "scans of artwork on CDs". The answer is yes. That is what I am storing in these storage boxes. I store the CDs in plastic jewel cases. I never bothered to use the sleeves.However there is no reason why they would not fit.Paul
