Can the potty seat come off and go on your regular home toilet?

The First Years Minnie Mouse Imaginaction Potty infact does allow for the white ring to come off and go on your toilet at home or on the go.

what is the seat height - my 2 year old is bit tall and not sure if this would work out?

Height of seat is about 8 inches and my daughter is almost 32 ...and it’s perfect for her but maybe be kids taller than her feels uncomfortable
