I like these seat covers
They look good and the quality is good. Fit perfectly my Toyota Corolla 2022. Each cover comes with two plastic discs and one metal hook but no instructions. I have seen a few questions from other people asking how to use those accessories so I have attached a few pictures showing how I used them. The metal hook attaches to the front elastic loop of the cover and then to the horizontal bar that is in front under the seat. The two plastic discs attach to the two elastic loops that are at the middle of the seat cover on their back. Tuck the disks in the space between the vertical and the horizontal section of the seat and push them as far back as possible. This will prevent the seat cover from sliding forward or upwards.

Solved my back pain problem.
After trying at least 10 different type of supporters for my back pain( My seat become so soft and always feel that I am shrinking into the seat) Finally I tried this seat cover this is solved my problem. This is really good for backpain.
