I give these out to all the younger family members I don't see often. I'll leave a personal note on a random page. In my mind, I like to believe they'll hold on to them and document some of their childhood and then years later look back and be happy they did so, making it not only a gift from me, but a gift to their future selves from themself. In reality, who knows, I doubt I would've kept up with them very well in my youth but it's a bit cathartic finding something I'd written >10 years ago and forgotten about. Either way, they'll get one of these or something similar every Xmas for the foreseeable future. On these particular ones, the elastic seems sturdier than some of the others I've bought and having a variety of colors helps with personalizing them.

I have purchased these journals for my three boys’ stockings and Easter baskets several times now. They are the perfect prayer/Bible study journal. Nice quality and look great on the bookshelf.

This notebook is okay.There are better ones for less money.The pages are not thick enough, and the grid lines are a bit too dark.Using it anyway but need to be a bit selective with my pens
