The lighter cousin of the TX3, the TX2 is a lightweight approach shoe that stows easily. Enhanced support and sticky rubber keep you sure-footed in the mountains, while the one-piece knit uppers optimize drainage and breathability. C2 ComboCord loops around the heel platform to allow easy pairing and storage on a harness or in a pack.

Way too narrow even for my small feet
Update to first review:I'm updating the rating to 5 stars. After breaking these shoes in and using foot glide on hikes I must say that this is the best hiking shoe I've ever worn. The sole is extremally grippy even in very wet conditions and provides excellent protection on rocks. The top is very durable - after a couple of strenuous very rocky hikes/scrambles in Drakensberg it still holds up well and shows only minor wear and tear. They are light and not bulky and dry relatively fast on and off the foot.First review:I've worn these shoes 3 times so far totaling about 16 miles on rough and rocky trails. Every time I wear them I get huge blisters on my pinky tows. I tried wearing the thinnest socks I have today and still got blisters. The fit length-wise is pretty good. I really like the bottom and that it's non slippery but the width sizing is just terrible. I'm going to try Glide products on my pinkies next time hoping that these will eventually break in.

Love this shoe's design.
This La Sportiva design is better, my opinion, than the current one. Glad I found this shoe in my size.

Awesome Sauce
Soooo nice. These shoes are lightweight and grippy. They are also super comfortable. I cant wait to climb in them. Great buy!

Buy large and enjoy.
Travel shoes deluxe. I put in a better insole and sized up which made them perfect. Great lateral stability for those cobblestone streets or broken sidewalks. About as nice looking as you can get for an all terrain shoe without looking like you just came from the gym.

For narrow feet
I really wanted to like these! I got them half a size bigger than my street shoes and they were still quite uncomfortable to wear. When I'd rather wear my climbing shoes than approach shoes, there's a problem.Unfortunately, I've got to send them back.

Approach shoe
Returned. Runs smaller than TX4 and skinnier midfoot. Looks like good quality.
