What is the maximum head circumference this will fit comfortably?

The material is surprisingly stretchy. I wear a 7 1/2 hat. My wife wears a a 7. In both cases the hat fits fine. My guess is it would stretch to something even larger than an 8.

Will it fit a childs head?

A big kid. After I wore it several times it stretched a bit. I washed it but didn’t put in the dryer, that would probably shrink it up

Where is this product manufactured ?

China I believe but it’s really nice quality I highly recommend it! It’s a very soft wool and warm!

Is the white true white or more of an off white?

Off white…..at least mine was
