Much easier to get your collagen fix
I have ADHD so I find that if my supplements and any medication I take are complicated then I forget or don't just don't take them. This concept makes it so much easier since after preparing, you're left with a tasty juice! I find this very easy to take and it helps me get my hydration levels up too. As a result of my disability I often forget to drink water or only realise when I'm heavily dehydrated which is not good. This is a great way to get a glass or two down in a more appetising way so it helps. I won't totally banish my dehydration but this certainly helps along that journey. I'm very into my skincare and collagen is something I take normally to help keep my skin in good condition. I like that this supplement is included in this formula whilst being enriched with other complimentary actives like Hyaluronic Acid. The collagen in particular won't necessarily go straight to your skin though. When you take collagen it will go to the places it's needed most, first, such as your joints to try to repair them, your ligaments (if I recall correctly) and later to your skin. Your skin is usually the last thing to get treated so you need to keep realistic expectations. I've enjoyed taking these so far but I can't say I look like a toddler yet or that my joints have reversed years of damage from falling over but effects often take time so patience is key. I'd recommend it especially since the ingredients look pretty clean (no fillers or bulking agents) and pre-portioned collagen is much easier than faffing with a scoop.
