Can you use the remote for a distance or do you have to go the box on the wall where to operate them or the turn them off?

The remote works well from a distance of about 10-15ft if you have clear line of sight with the sensor.

what could I hang it up with?

A tension rod and some ribbon wrap the tension rod with the ribbon first as you were wrapping and the lights and it looks beautiful

Can I use it for outdoor decoration and how frequent i need to change batteries

Yes you can! No batteries needed it has a cord to plug into an outlet. I used it for a party outdoors and kept it outside.

I purchased this to take it with me to the Philippines and I just realized that you have to plug or in. Can this work with 220V? Thank you

Does it work with a regular universal outlet plug or does it need a transformer?
